Losing weight takes both commitment and a resolution to make important health lifestyle changes.

Losing weight usually involves a combination of diet, and exercise; in some cases, particularly when significant amounts of weight and/or health issues, such as diabetes or health conditions are involved, one may consider bariatric surgery. Whatever method you choose, it’s often the case that losing a significant amount of weight can result in excess sagging skin.

Excess skin can cause painful chafing, rashes and in some cases, infection. Body-contouring procedures such as body lifts, tummy tucks, thighplasty, arm lifts, breast lifts and liposuction remove excess skin and can reshape your body.
