Expanding Neuromodulators

Botox? Absolutely! It’s the gold standard of neuromodulators. Patients ask for it by name all the time, and we are happy to inject it when requested. It is FDA-approved to temporarily make moderate to severe frown lines, crow’s feet, and forehead lines look better in adults. All the neuromodulators we use, including Botox, work by being strategically injected beneath the skin’s surface. These injections temporarily reduce the underlying muscle activity that causes moderate to severe static wrinkles you don’t want and help you look better. How quickly they work and how long they last vary by product and patient.

Daxxify

Now there’s a new “kid on the block,” and we are pleased to be an elite provider of Daxxify (formerly called Daxxi). It’s injected similarly to the other neuromodulators, and the effects develop within a few days of the injections. But what sets it apart is that Daxxify can last up to six months instead of just three months, which is typical with the other neuromodulators. That means you’ll stay smoother and wrinkle-free longer and will only need your injectable treatment about twice a year.

• Neuromodulators: If you prefer or benefit from a different neuromodulator, we are also pleased to offer Botox® and Jeuveau™.
• Fillers: Maybe, instead of smoothing at a wrinkle or two, you’d benefit from a filler that adds volume in places where collagen loss has created creases.
• Other non-surgical treatments: We offer laser, RF, and AlmaHybrid nonsurgical treatments that have minimal downtime and are great ways to treat many aging issues without having surgery.
